Recently, we learned that the Semiconductor Research Institute has made a breakthrough in UV LED research and development. The invention provides a UV LED and a UV LED encapsulation method, and relates to the field of LED technology. the UV LEDs have a gap between the UV LEDs and the cover part, the liquid filling part is provided in the gap, the liquid filling part is wetted with the cover part and the UV LEDs, and the liquid filling part is provided to allow ultraviolet rays emitted from the UV LEDs to pass through. In the UV LED, the liquid in the liquid-filled portion is adhered to both the cover-closure portion and the UV LEDs under the action of surface tension so that an air interface does not appear between the liquid-filled portion and the LEDs and the liquid-filled portion and the cover-closure portion, and thus interfacial reflections are reduced to minimize loss of UV led lamp in the process of emission.
In addition, there is also a new development in UV modules. This invention provides a UV LED module comprising: a plurality of UV LED modules, a substrate, a uniform light film, a variable resistor, a timing switch, and a power supply, a plurality of UV LED modules are disposed on the substrate, a uniform light film covers a plurality of UV LED modules, the UV LED modules are electrically connected to the variable resistor, the timing switch, and the power supply, the resistance of the variable resistor is adjustable to adjust the light intensity of the UV LED systems, and the timing switch is used to control the on and off time of the UV LED module.
The UV LED module provided by this invention assembles a plurality of UV LED modules together, and the UV LED module realizes adjustable light intensity by the setting of the variable resistor, and realizes adjustable turn-on and turn-off time by the setting of the timing switch, which improves the application value of the UV LED.
